Ingredients

1.5 ounces tequila blanca

0.5 ounces mezcal

1 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce ginger syrup (or more to taste)

Garnish with spent lime half

Equipment

Shaker and strainer

Citrus juicer

Rocks glass

Recipe

Taste the ginger syrup for sweetness and increase if your guest prefers a sweeter cocktail. Measure all ingredients and add to the shaker of ice.
