Cherry Bourbon Sour
Ingredients
6 bing cherries (pitted)
2 oz Bourbon (High West)
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white (well chilled)

Rocks glass with large square ice cube

Once again the simple sour formula with a few additions is a big winner for a summer time refreshment. Muddle cherries in the shaker, dry shake all ingredients for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Pour over large cube. Garnish with another cherry with stem intact.
