Citrus juicer
Chilled coupe glass
Recipe
Rumor has it that the drink was developed as an early morning “hair of the dog” cure for a hangover. Personally, I prefer it at the Friday 5pm cocktail hour after a rough week. It’s not always available in bars - mainly because they don’t have all the ingredients on hand. But you can make it at home and impress your friends and family.
Easy to make because it is equal measures of main ingredients. Rinse your chilled coupe with a few drops of absinthe and discard. Shake all remaining ingredients with ice and serve in the rinsed coupe. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry if desired. Absolutely delicious!
