Recipe

This very basic gin and tonic modification includes 2 oz gin (Ha’Penny Rhubarb is pictured but Tangueray works just as well), 1.5 oz fresh watermelon juice (about 5-7 one inch chunks well muddled and strained), and 1 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with tonic (Fevertree is the best) and garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig or chunk of watermelon. You won’t even taste the gin!
