Strawberry Girl

Ingredients

2 ounces vodka

3/4 ounce St. Germaine elderflower liqueur

3/4 ounce lemon juice

3-4 small strawberries chopped (fresh or frozen)

Pinch of table sugar

Garnish with orange lemon rind and small strawberry.

Some call St. Germaine the bartender’s “ketchup” because it kicks up the flavor in a lot of drinks - it’s sweetness pairs very nicely with fresh berries in this refreshingly simple summertime (anytime) cocktail. Muddle the strawberries and sugar in the shaker. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass.Garnish with strawberry and orange rind.
