Eating House 1849 Mai Tai

Ingredients

1 ounce Koloa dark rum

1 ounce Koloa spiced rum

¾ ounce Velvet Falernum

½  ounce lime juice

Pineapple garnish

Equipment

Shaker and strainer

Rocks glass

Straw (optional)

Recipe

Not much to it! Just measure all ingredients into your shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with pineapple slice. With thanks to Ryland at Roy Y’s Eating House 1849 in Koloa, Kauai, August 2019
