Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

1 ½ ounce white rum

½  ounce fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice (well strained)

½ ounce Luxardo maraschino cherry liqueur

¾  ounce lime juice

Luxardo cherry garnish

Hawthorne strainer

Coupe or martini style glass

Recipe

Super easy! Add all ingredients (sans garnish) to an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into your coupe glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry or a lime wheel.
